Fees Rules

  • Fees are paid monthly. However, fees for the entire year or for the term may be paid together by cheque / draft or cash.
  • Fees should be paid before the date mentioned on the Fee Card, failing which a late fee of Rs. 50 will be charged for each month.
  • In case the Fee remains uncleared for three consecutive months, the student's name is liable to be struck off the rolls and if the Student wants to continue, Re-admission fee (Rs. 5000/-) will be charged.
  • Fees of April, May and June must be paid before the school closes for the summer vacation.
  • No Student will be allowed to appear for the examination if all dues are not cleared.
  • No exemption or reduction in fees will be made on ac-count of any holiday, late admission, or absence for any cause.
  • School fees once paid will not be refunded in any case.
  • While applying for Transfer Certificate, Fee Card and Fee receipts should be produced.
  • For the loss of fee receipts duplicates will not be issued, instead a certifying certificate may be issued.
  • For the loss of the Fee Card Rs. 100/- will be charged.
